		Signing up for MobaHO!

		Service Plans



It's easy to sign up. If you apply by telephone, you can start viewing and listening to the channels right away.


				You will need a receiver to access MobaHO! services. Be sure to buy a receiver that suits your intended use.

Turn on your receiver and check the reception by tuning to MobaHO!401 (audio channel 401).

*	Make sure you charge the battery after purchasing your receiver.
*	If your receiver does not pick up a signal, move it to a location with better reception.

To help you pick up the signal:

On a clear day between 11:00 AM and noon, try positioning your receiver to face south-southeast at a spot where the sun is visible. (Point the antenna south.)

You should be able to pick up signals easily outdoors in areas with a clear view of the sky.

*	Receiving signals inside or around buildings is more difficult, but reception should still be possible in places with a line of sight to the sky and free of obstructions to the south.

step3 Call Customer Service to Pre-Register

You will be asked for your receiver ID. Please have it ready.Your receiver ID is printed on a sticker provided with your receiver.

*	Make sure your receiver is positioned so that it can receive broadcast signals for around ten to fifteen minutes.

				Following pre-registration, you'll be able to access and enjoy eight video channels, 40 audio channels, and some 50 data channels free of charge for a two-week trial period. Use your trial period to decide which are right for you.

By Mail
Complete the application during the two-week trial period and drop it in the mail.

*	It may take some time to process your application, so we recommend submitting your application early in the trial period.
*	When trying to access a channel for the first time after signing up, keep in mind that it may take around ten minutes before reception is possible. Contact customer service if you can't access the channel(s) within ten minutes.

On the Internet
In addition to your receiver ID, you'll need to provide information on the subscribing individual as well as payment information (credit card information). Please have this information ready.

Contact customer service to pre-register for the free two-week trial period.

If you're already signed up for Green Channel through Sky PerfecTV or cable TV, you're eligible for a discount on MobaHO!'s Green Channel. Please contact MobaHO! customer service.
To confirm that the discount has been applied, the applicant's personal information will be provided to the Organization for Satellite Communication of Horse Racing, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Information. Please apply using the same name found on your Sky PerfecTV or cable TV subscription.
