How do I apply for a service agreement? |

First, you need to purchase a receiver for MobaHO!. Then call the Customer Center for preliminary registration. You can view and listen to MobaHO! free of charge for two weeks following this preliminary registration. If you like the service, send your membership application form to the Customer Center to be processed during this two-week period. |

Additions and changes of service packages or channels are handled by the Customer Center. Please apply by the 25th of the month preceding the month in which you wish to begin using the service pack or channel. You will be able to hear or view the service pack or channel you added from the first day of the subsequent month. (It will take around ten minutes to begin reception the first time you view or listen after making changes.) A fee of 100 yen (tax included) is charged for additions or changes in service packages or channels. |

How do I cancel my service agreement? |

The person who signed the agreement needs to call the Customer Center. After confirming the identity of the caller, the Customer Center will perform the cancellation procedures. You can apply for cancellation through the 25th of the desired month. |

To inquire about monthly service charges, use the online Customer Center on the MobaHO! website or refer to the notice of completion issued when your service agreement was concluded. You can also contact the Customer Center to make your inquiry. |

Contact the Customer Center to ask about using the MobaHO! for commercial purposes. Note that users can be penalized for using services provided under individual agreements for commercial use, including broadcasting programs to large numbers of the general public or program distribution to third parties. |

Immediately notify the Customer Center of your new address and phone number. (The person calling the Customer Center must have signed the service agreement, since customer identification will be confirmed when he or she calls.) |

There is no minimum service period for service packages or channels. However, although the basic charges and usage charges are ordinarily waived for the month in which you apply for service, if you cancel during this month, you will be charged one month's basic charges and usage charges. |
