What is MobaHO!?
Q1 From what kinds of locations can I view and listen to the services?

A1
Since MobaHO! across Japan using a dedicated satellite, you can enjoy the services anywhere the sun is visible at noon on a clear day (direction: south-southeast).
Q2 In what types of locations are viewing and listening to the services not possible?

A2
Since MobaHO! uses satellite broadcast signals, its services cannot be received in locations without direct line of sight to satellite signals, including tunnels, subways, underground passages, and indoor locations. In addition, reception may be unreliable in locations shaded by buildings, mountains, and other locations where the sun is not visible at noon on a clear day.
Q3 I've heard that measures are being taken to improve service in locations where signals can't be received. Is this true?

A3
MobaHO! plans to install equipment that retransmits satellite signals in locations and areas where reception is unreliable or impossible in order to expand its coverage to as many locations as possible. (Areas where such measures are taken as of November 2004 are shown below: Link to map, with "Note: Please keep in mind that even in the above areas, reception will be unreliable or impossible in certain locations due to the signal environment.")
